Charles Reydellet

After succeeding in the entrance exam of the CNSMD de Lyon at the age of 17, Charles Reydellet continued his training at the Hochschule für Musik Trossingen, the KUG Graz, the UDK Berlin, and the HEM Geneva. He won First Prize at the international “Città di Chieri” competition (Italy) and Fourth Prize at the “International Tchaikovsky Competition” (Russia).

He is regularly invited to perform as a soloist under the direction of V. Gergiev, Y. Bashmet and F. Mastrangelo, and frequently appears as a guest musician with the Münchener Kammerorchester, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra, the Collegium Musicum Basel, the New Russia State Symphony Orchestra, the Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra, the Synchron Stage Orchestra and the Opéra Nice Côte d’Azur.

Professor of French horn at the Conservatoire de Nice, as well as at the Université Côte d’Azur for the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in Performance and Pedagogy since 2018.


Milena Viotti was born in Lausanne in 1988. She began playing the horn at the Forbach music school, followed a few years later by the Luxembourg Conservatory. In 2007, she moved to study at the Musik Akademie Basel before earning her Master’s degree with Erik Penzel and Christian Lampert in Stuttgart.

In 2010, she joined the prestigious Bavarian State Orchestra (Bayerisches Staatsorchester) as principal horn. Alongside her orchestral work, she performs with renowned ensembles such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (Bayerischer Rundfunk), the Orchestre de Paris, and others.

Milena Viotti has won numerous awards and has been a finalist in major international competitions, including the Prague Spring Festival Competition, the International Telfs Competition, the Porcia Competition, the International Sannicandro Competition, and the Luxembourg Competition.

A passionate chamber musician, she performs in a wide range of ensembles and formations each year. She is a member of the Kit Armstrong Ensemble, the Munich Opera Horns, the Opera Brass Ensemble, and regularly collaborates with string quartets such as the Hermes Quartet, the Schumann Quartet, the Minetti Quartet, and the Arod Quartet.

Eager to share her expertise, she participates annually in masterclasses and workshops across Europe.
