He has been praised so highly for the first performance in Japan, such as Hagen, Fiesco in Tokyo Nikikai, Sigolch in Nissei, and so on.
He played Heinrich in Lobengrin which was a memorial public performance of establishment of the New National Theatre and did a title role in Le Nozze di Figaro in Tokyo Nikikai.
He also played Sodo in “Yuzuru” in Brazil and Romania.
He also enjoys a successful concert career having perfomed with many international orchestras like the NHK Symphony Orchestra under Suitner, Fournet, Sawallisch, Hiroshi Wakasugi, Seiji Ozawa, Yuzou Toyama. He peformed “Verdi Requiem” with Hungarian National Philharmonic in Hungary and “Faure Requiem” with Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest and Ken-ichiro Kobayashi at the Concertgebouw in the Netherlands.
He is currently professor at Tokyo Music College and a member of Tokyo Nikikai.
He is also the president of Keiseikai.
