No, it isn't. The Montebello Residence is around 10/15 minutes by foot from the Conservatory (5 minutes by bus). And the Jean Medecin residence is located 35 minutes by public transport from Conservatory.

No. All rooms are single but the accompanying adult can have a room too. The accomodation for an accompanyist is the same than the student's one, for one week in single room, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and a bus card.

No, the rooms of the Montebello Residence have one bed, a washbasin, a shower, toilets and a fridge. Bed linen is provided. The Academie provide all your meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner (served in the Conservatoire).

Each professor speaks at least french and english.

All students must complete their personal and artistic information on their online student account. A recording is highly recommended and may be required depending on the professor requested.

The selection of students is done beforehand on file. For musicians, teachers can make an audition at the beginning of the course to check the level of each student.

Each professor manages his masterclass in function of his own teaching methods. However, your professor will provide you at least 4 lessons of individual lessons during the whole session. Your day will be divided between your private lessons, your presence during your classmates' private courses, the common lessons and your rehearsal hours.

Everything depends on the will of the teacher and the taught course. Some impose a numerus clausus. Some work with an assistant.

This is possible, but it is not recommended because you will not be able to seriously work both disciplines. This is impossible for students who choose Boosted Session.

Yes, and we invite you to opt for this option. You can decide to work a repertoire that you have chosen especially for your week in Nice. You will be able to write your choice on your student webpilot to inform your professor.

Every student can register for the concert, however a selection will be made by your professor and the manager of the students' concert to avoid a too long lenght of time or to heard a same piece of music several time. Auditions will also be scheduled.

Each student will reserve his studio work for 3 hours a day. There is also an opportunity to work in Montebello Residence for the studuents accommodated with the Academy (please follow posted schedules for the tranquility of all).

As well as access to daily musical entertainment at the conservatory and

outside the walls? Can we access the events for free?
This option is included in the price of the course, within the limits of

available places and throughout the duration of the Academy.

No deadline. Beware some courses are full very quickly!

The price of the lunch is included in the registration fees, the students will have their meals into the restaurant of the Conservatory in order to loose as little time as possible.

Can I apply for a scholarship?
Each student can claim financial assistance to participate in the Academy. To do this, simply fill in the 3 files for download and return them duly completed to the following email address before April 30th:
Incomplete files will not be studied. The scholarships will be paid between the months of September and December after the summer edition.
