Accommodation in Nice

The Academy offers full board accommodation in two places of exchange and conviviality between students:

University Residence Montebello

96 avenue de Valrose in Nice
10/15 minutes walk from the Conservatoire (5 minutes by bus)

University Residence Jean Medecin

25 rue Robert Latouche in Nice
35 minutes by public transport from the Conservatoire
Fully renovated room, located near the sea, bathroom linen provided

The two residences allow students to meet and to spend precious time together.

Useful information

In both residences: Single room with single bed, desk, refrigerator, wardrobe and triple-function cabin (shower-WC-washbasin)
Bed linen provided (provide towels and hygiene products)

You may play your instrument in your room every day from 10 am to 8 pm.

7 Nights’ board from Sunday (4 pm) to the following Sunday, departing before 9 am in the residence

Also included in the Accommodation Option:

  • Breakfast, lunch, snacking and dinner at the conservatory's restaurant (Foodtruck on Sunday)
  • Unlimited travel card for the city of Nice, including tthe airport tram (return ticket)

WARNING:The Academy has a limited number of rooms each session. Students are therefore encouraged to register as quickly as possible.

No, it isn't. The Montebello Residence is around 10/15 minutes by foot from the Conservatory (5 minutes by bus). And the Jean Medecin residence is located 35 minutes by public transport from Conservatory.

No. All rooms are single but the accompanying adult can have a room too. The accomodation for an accompanyist is the same than the student's one, for one week in single room, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and a bus card.

No, the rooms of the Montebello Residence have one bed, a washbasin, a shower, toilets and a fridge. Bed linen is provided. The Academie provide all your meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner (served in the Conservatoire).

The price of the lunch is included in the registration fees, the students will have their meals into the restaurant of the Conservatory in order to loose as little time as possible.
